Great food (Po Boys and greay burgers at its best), plenty of beer on tap. A hangout for all Tulane/Loyola students and folks from the neighborhood.

Great memories - college days...
Some might think of The Boot as a hole in the wall hangout, but I have only good memories of this neighborhood hangout. Writing a bar review for the boot is based only on memories and perhaps some of my memories are a bit outdated. I hope others can follow up with more recent information on this great bar in the Uptown/Tulane area of the great city of New Orleans.

A great neighborhood bar. Beer on tap, plenty of good food to go with the beer. A great neighborhood/university place.

Not fancy - perhaps this is a good point.
