A gathering place that is more German then Irish, the Iron Horse is a long time staple of Westwood located right next to the railroad tracks. Eating their traditional stuffed burgers and drinking a tap beer that changes with the seasons are the main reasons to visit this rustic, quaint restaurant loaded with history and character.

Old Reliable
Having lived in Westwood for some time I was surprised to see a place that had so much charm and character. I was even more surprised at how good the stuffed burgers were. They feature a burger of the month and usually suggest a beer pairing with your meal. The bar area is small, but great for enjoying some delicious appetizers and watching the game with friends. Service can be hit or miss, and I've had both exceptional and poor experiences, but it was never enough to ruin my visit. Highly recommended!
