Serviceable and cheap
Even if the food isn't quite as rich or diverse as Ritacco's claims it is, it's real cheap, and that sometimes compensates for the quality. Not that the food is bad, actually its above average. The tap is decent, and the Happy Hour specials are pretty standard around Northern New Jersey. The weekends crowd is ok, but it never gets packed.
