In 1974, Mike Walsh opened the doors to The Holding Company in the relatively new Embarcadero Center. In these last 4 decades, he and his wife Marcia have been serving up quaility food, drinks, and conversation to the community with sincerity and gratitude.
Today, The Holding Company continues to thrive in new hands. Four Irish sisters recently bought The HC and continue to serve great food and drink with a warm Irish welcome. The sisters welcome old and new customers and continue to make The HC a place to feel like your part of their family.
