The Edinburgh is the oldest Scots bar in the City and should appeal to people of all cultures. It offers food, drink, entertainment, conviviality. It is a great lesson in how San Francisco traditionally has integrated diverse cultures into her fabric. The Castle continues to sponsor interesting events: readings, a film night, a traditional pub quiz, programs of sea shantys, special things, such as the occasional wild evening with writer Kate Braverman.
