Our spacious industrial style building is surprisingly warm and inviting, with floor to ceiling windows that offer a view of our beautiful backyard lake. The beers brewed here are traditional. We do not use any fruit, vegetable or candy flavorings. We brew over 20 different ales and lagers throughout the year, so there is bound to be something to please any palate. Our menu has a broad range of choices from traditional “comfort food” like Pot Roast or St. Louis BBQ Ribs to unique dishes like our Pistachio Crusted Pork Chops or our famous Tempura Ahi Rolls. We also change our menu seasonally in order to bring you the freshest of ingredients.
