We know everything there is to know about a good wine bar. We demand a lot from our managers and other staff members: All of them have gone through professional as well as psychological training and with the exception of a few novices whom we are carefully grooming for future greatness, everyone who works for us is an experienced professional.
The wine list and staff training are the domain of Klára Kollárová. Ensuring smooth operation of all Vinograf bars are Zuzka Veselá, Adéla Pardubská, Martina Wuchterlová, Mirek Almáši, Pavel Nikl and Tonda Chudoba. The concept and future development of our wine bars are the responsibility of Honza Horešovský.
All of our people are doing their best to provide you with a friendly space dedicated to wine, where you can taste a wide variety of this wonderful beverage. They are here to guarantee the proper quality, selection, preparation and service of all wines. They make it easy to have a conversation about wine that can be straightforward or sophisticated, but they will never for a second make you feel like you are being lectured or talked down to. And, of course, as part of the gastronomical service we provide, they will help you match the food from our wine-friendly menu (whether hot or cold) with your selected wine.
