2 oz. strawberry infused Svedka vodka
2 oz. simple syrup
2 oz. fresh lemon juice {or pink lemonade}
sparkling wine

Method
Pour simple syrup and vodka into a shaker and shake with ice and add lemon juice.
Top with sparkling wine | Garnish with strawberries and mint.

As tasty as it is colorful
Sweet, but not too sweet (especially if you stick with lemon juice which is my own preference). These sparklers are refreshing without being too strong. No need to use an expensive wine as the other ingredients overpower the taste of the wine.
