1 bottle of your favorite dry (Brut) champagne or sparkling wine (around 750 mL
12 ounces of Midouri melon liqueur
Honeydew melon pieces
Green sanding or rimming sugar to garnish

Green sanding or rimming sugar to garnish
Method
Garnish 6 champagne flutes or wine glasses by rubbing the rim with a piece of melon, then dipping into the sugar. Pour 2 ounces of Midouri into each glass, then fill the rest of the way with champagne. Gently stir. Finish with a ball or shamrock cut out of melon, then dipped in sugar
