A yummy and tasty Prickly Pear Mojito made with rum.

Ingredients
1/2 ounce lavender-infused simple syrup
1/2 ounce prickly pear syrup
2 ounces rum
8 fresh mint leaves
4 fresh lime wedges
2 medium slices of fresh prickly pear
Splash of ginger ale
Method
Muddle liquor, syrups, mint and fruit, setting aside some lime and prickly pear for garnish. Add ice, top with ginger ale and garnish.
Serve
Any long glass
