A delicious and beautiful blue swoon made with blue curacao and champagne.

1 oz. blue curaçao liqueur
1 oz. apple juice
4 oz. champagne or Prosecco
1/2 oz. Rose’s Lime Juice
Method
The ingredients are mixed in a cocktail shaker. A martini glass is used to strain the cocktail into. The rim of glass when lined with sugar and garnished with a slice of apple adds a sweet touch to it.
Serve
Martini glass
