60 ml Pisco Gobernador Miguel Torres
25 ml Raw Sugar Syrup
20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
25 ml Fresh Egg White
6 dashes Bittered Sling Plum & Root Beer Bitters
Bitters Dashes
Method
Add ingredients, without bitters, to the shaker glass, dry shake, wet shake, strain into chilled coupe. Wait until it settles and dash bitters in a pattern.
