3 oz. Pinot Noir 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 oz. apple juice dash of lemon juice dash of grapefruit juice
All ingredients are combined in a shaker filled with ice. A chilled coupe glass is the best to strain the cocktail into, but it can also be served in a martini glass. Garnishing can be done with frozen red grapes and green apple slices or other fruit.
